Charlie Crilly is a financial services professional focused on operations and business development. He brings a disciplined approach to the systems and processes behind client service, with a particular interest in the work that helps a firm grow without compromising the experience it delivers.
Charlie graduated from Bryant University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and a minor in History. He began his career with Ivory in the firm’s Essex, Connecticut home office before moving into a full-time role in New York.
Charlie supports advisors and clients from the firm’s Huntington, New York office, where he handles client service and account administration. He also leads Ivory’s internal operations and automation work, developing procedures, documentation, and systems that support consistent service delivery across offices, and contributes to business development on Long Island.
Longer term, Charlie intends to grow into an advisory role. He is building experience across the firm’s operations and client service functions with that goal in mind, and continues to deepen his knowledge of wealth management.
Outside of work, Charlie is a dedicated golfer and a fan of the New York Yankees and Giants. When not in the office, you can find Charlie on the course or watching a game.
Charlie holds the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) and is currently pursuing the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
